The initial design, development and testing of the database was undertaken by Brooke Sputore, Dennis Gray, Christine Richardson and Maggie Exon with cooperation and assistance from the Commonwealth Department of Health and Family Services (now the Department of Health and Aged Care) and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission. Programming was completed by John Smith of 'The Logical Connection' and James Low. On-going technical support is provided by Paul Jones.
